Prep & Rehearse

If there is not an event the evening before your event, you may decorate and rehearse from 4pm until 7pm. Check with management on availability.

Bridal Dressing Room

The Bridal Dressing Room is open to drop things off on the day before your event, assuming no other event is taking place. Guys may leave suits and dress clothes, etc. in the barn.

Wedding Day

On Wedding Day, the farm is open from 9am until 11pm, or an earlier closing time, if negotiated.

Clean Up

Cleanup will be from 10:30pm until midnight, or earlier. Little Mader Farm is happy to help clean off tables while you gather what you brought, along with your extra sweets, gifts, etc. Extra food will be donated to families in need. If you do not want to take what is yours, leave it on the food table and it will be dealt with by Little Mader Farm. There may be an event scheduled the next day so cleanup times are strictly enforced.

Decorating

100% of your decorating should be completed on the day you decorate.

Little Mader Farm Will:

Set out chairs at the Rusty Gate or the Front Barnyard, decorate the Beams, Arch, Arbor, etc., arrange the start of the aisle with doors, barrels, steamer trunks, we will place shepherd hooks with mason jars or any other items which are aisle decorations. We do this on Saturday unless you appoint someone to do this for you. These items will be taken down and cared for after all pictures are finished. We strive to have this cleaned up before dark.

Cars

Cars may spend the night - You may return the next day to pick up your car.

Little Mader Farm Staff

Little Mader Farm Staff is very much hands on during your event. We are the bartenders, we are stocking restrooms, we are walking around and making sure everyone is having a good (safe) time. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask!
