Farmstead Bar Provisions and Services
Alcohol-Free Gatherings
If your celebration will not feature alcohol, a bartender is neither required nor provided. Please confirm this choice during your Final Planning Appointment so we may adjust our staffing accordingly. For these events, we recommend setting up inviting self-service stations featuring water, canned sodas, juice boxes, or coffee.
Safety & Last Call Policies
To ensure a safe and pleasant conclusion to the festivities, Little Mader Farm reserves the right to announce "last call" at any point during the event but most generally the call will be made 30 prior to the completion of your event.

Note: You are responsible for your guests and their actions. There is no self-service of alcoholic beverages or guest "BYOB". All alcoholic drinks must be served by Little Mader Farm Bar Staff.

If bar staff must stop service early due to unruly guests, there will be no refund given or compensation provided to the client.
​
Little Mader Farm reserves the right to retain part of or the entirety of Client security deposits and invoice for damages beyond those covered by any guest.
Bar Staffing
For events serving alcohol, our professional bartender will arrive 30 mins prior to the scheduled start time to prepare for a standard ceremony timing. You have the flexibility to open the bar to your guests either prior to the ceremony or immediately following it.

Please note that our bartenders will display a gratuity jar at the bar for their services.
Compliance with Ohio State Laws
At Little Mader Farm, we are committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for your celebration. In accordance with Ohio State Law, the legal drinking age is strictly 21 years of age. To ensure full compliance with these regulations, all guests wishing to consume alcoholic beverages will be required to present a valid, government-issued photo identification to our bar staff.
Acceptable forms of ID include:

Please note: Digital copies, photos of IDs on phones, and expired identifications cannot be accepted as valid proof of age. Our team reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot provide appropriate identification or who appears to be providing alcohol to underage guests. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a lawful and enjoyable event for everyone.
Stocking the Silo: Delivery & Logistics
To ensure cold drinks and smooth service, timing your delivery is key.

General Beverages & Ice (Friday Delivery): For a Saturday event, all bottled drinks, canned beverages, mixers, and ice must arrive at the farm on Friday evening. While you are busy decorating tables, our team will be organizing the bar and creating beverage stations for the big day. We offer a full-size freezer in the barn for ice storage; please consult with Kim regarding necessary quantities.

Keg Protocol (Saturday Delivery): Kegs are a welcome addition but require special handling. Kegs must arrive on Saturday morning only (whether chilled or warm). We are unable to keep kegs cold overnight on Friday due to rapid ice melt. We will happily ice them down upon Saturday arrival, but we ask that a family member be designated to tap the keg.

Libations & Specialty Sips

Wine & Bubbly: We provide a wine chiller behind the bar area for your use. Champagne and wine may be chilled ahead of time at your request. We kindly ask that you provide appropriate glassware (wine glasses and champagne flutes) for the bar to use.

Signature Drinks: We welcome your custom creations! You have two options for serving them:
Pre-Batched: Bring your cocktail already mixed in jugs (this is preferred for complex recipes like Sangria).

Made-to-Order: Bring the separate ingredients and a clear recipe card. Our bartender will mix them as they go. Please note: Do not pre-mix simple two-ingredient drinks (like Crown & Coke); the bartender prefers to mix these fresh.

Warm Beverages: Comfort your guests with our coffee bar options. We also provide hot water suitable for hot chocolate stations. Please inquire about adding these cozy options to your package.
