This year, we realized it was time for a season of renewal—not just in our fields, but in how we serve our couples.
Today, we are pulling back the barn doors to introduce a refreshed brand and an expanded operating team designed to make your wedding journey smoother, more beautiful, and more intuitive than ever before.

It’s the same "Little Mader" soul, just with a polished new look that better represents the high-end service and stunning atmosphere our venue has always provided.

A longtime resident of Tipp City, Lindsey is a proud mom of four who understands that the most meaningful moments are built on a foundation of family and heart. With one child currently serving in the U.S. Air Force and another navigating their senior year of high school, she is a master of balancing moving parts, managing schedules, and leading with a calm, capable hand.
Lindsey’s journey with Little Mader Farm didn’t start in an office—it started as a guest. After attending a bridal shower at the farm, she immediately fell in love with the venue’s authentic charm and the way the golden hour hits the barn just right. Now, as part of our Wedding Coordination team, she uses her natural gift for organization and her passion for the "Little Mader magic" to help couples plant the seeds for their own beautiful beginnings.

Hailing from Monroe Township, Jessica brings a blend of local heart and organized energy to the Little Mader Farm team.
As a dedicated mom of two, she is no stranger to the art of multitasking and knows exactly how to keep a plan moving forward while ensuring everyone feels right at home.
Jessica’s path to the farm was paved by friendship. After hearing Lindsey McNeal rave about the subtle charm of the farm and the unique magic happening at the venue, Jessica knew she had to be a part of it.
Her transition to the team was a natural fit—driven by a shared passion for crafting experiences with a rustic flair. With a keen eye for detail and a heart for hospitality, Jessica is committed to ensuring that every couple’s vision is cultivated with care, leaving them free to enjoy every second of their harvest celebration.
